Chicago Afrobeat Project will perform at the OFFICIAL kick-off party for the return of the FELA! musical to Chicago hosted by Legendary DJ & producer Ron Trent + Kennedy Ashinze of Globetrotter Magazine. Dubbed the “Soul Revival,” the band will be performing new material off its album “Nyash UP!” and be partnering up again with soul songstress Ugochi. Some new material the band has been working on in 2013 will also make its way to the stage.
