Thursday, August 1st brings us to Milwaukee for Jazz in the Park. We have a little time off in August for many of us to travel apart from the band to various spots on the globe–Mexico, Alaska; places like that. There’s a string of festivals coming up towards the end of August. Check the schedule for more info.
We’re starting a 4 show run this weekend at the Note in Chicago for “I Love House Music Wednesdays”–1565 North Milwaukee Ave., 12 to 1am with Kennedy Octane. It’s our 1st time there since it was our long-time running “1st Beat” spot (which has now moved to Kinetic Playground as you may know). Thursday is a return to Champaign, IL at Cowboy Monkey, followed by a gig in Peoria on Friday (Universal Rhythm Assembly) and a show at Spin Nightclub in Indianapolis on Saturday, June 23rd.
